 Remember, we do project designs and plans, too, so don't worry if you don't have an architect. We work diligently with our clients to create specific designs to meet your needs. We sit down and review those plans with you to make sure that we have completely understood your ideas and to make sure that you understand what will be required to bring those plans to life. This home was expanded with a second story addition over the garage and part of the existing living space. The addition included a bedroom and an entertainment room.  Before and AfterThis client's otherwise beautiful home in Paradise Valley had a badly outdated kitchen that was dark and cramped. The solution was dramatic! It's spacious, comfortable and convenient for cooking and entertaining, with new cabinets, flooring, countertops, appliances and windows. In this home, we designed and added this room as part of a kitchen remodeling project. The original exterior wall is now the breakfast bar. The tall French doors add light, and the tile floor is beautiful and low maintenance.  This lovely room addition shows off the beauty and function of Pella brand windows and doors. We've put in the effort to become a certified Pella contractor because of the value their products add to our customer's homes.  This 2500 square foot contemporary home was custom designed and built by Kirk Development. We work very hard to create satisfied customers.
